Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Trendtex Fabrics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All yardage is cut to order. Due to the nature of the business, we do not accept returns. We try our best to provide quality information, so that our customers are able to make a clear judgement on the artistry of our fabrics. We are happy to answer any questions prior to placing an order.
If there are damages, shortages, or issues with packing, we will gladly work with each customer to remedy any problems. Issues must be reported within five days upon the arrival of your order. Please email us with "Return" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. It is imperative that you include the following information in your message: Order Number, Name (as it appears on the order), Contact Phone Number, Detailed Product Description, and Quantity of the items you would like to claim for shortages, damages, or defectiveness. All shipping and handling fees are NON-refundable.
